Our client develops, produces, sells and services High Value, Complex Electro Optical Systems for the Semiconductor, Material Analysis and Life Science application fields
This key role will be responsible for the Final Assembly and Testing of Company products to the highest quality standards, meeting delivery deadlines and manufacturing targets and additionally support the Production Manager and Final Test supervisor.
Troubleshoot malfunctions, carry out modifications and build prototypes
Final Assembly and Test to customer order configuration in accordance with specifications and test procedures.
Accurately record and report all required information and data.
Complete sub-assemblies and provide assistance to other Departments
Ongoing responsibility for the maintenance of test equipment
To fill this exciting and challenging role the successful candidate will be educated to HND level in Electronic Engineering and have experience of Fault finding & correction of electronic systems, Experience of testing high value systems involving complex mechanics, high vacuum, high voltage, electro mechanical assemblies and fibre optics, digital electronics and PC software control.
